REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of an unused item within 14 days of your date of purchase. If you do experience any problems with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

PLEASE NOTE Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges (plus or minus and difference in the product prices) will be deducted or credited from your credit card or requested from your PayPal account. We do not cover the cost of delivery for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.
