Keeping My Customer Service Sustainable

I’m Carol, small business owner, designer, marketer and one of the crafters of Sunshine Barossa Australia. I personally have a very high standard I love to give to you with customer service, communication, quality design and craftmanship. I'm only human and I really care and love what I do, so to keep this standard sustainable I have made some wise choices for myself, and my beautiful family so I can always provide you with this quality.

-I ship out leather goodies on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

-I return all emails and social media enquiries within normal business hours.

-For free local pickup of products you have bought online can be done when my studio is open to the public (check studio open times)

-Retail wholesalers or business branding of any type an appointment must be made to allocate time needed.(0400020061)

-Public shopping experience at my Stockwell Studio/Workshop is available when times are stated on my website when I am open.
