SHIPPING & RETURNS
We use Australia Post services for delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel. For any orders, you have the option to choose Standard Post or Express Post. Our standard shipping rates are calculated by the weight of your parcel:
Small (> 500g): $10
Medium (500g - 3kg): $13
Large (3-5kg): $18
Express Post: +$10
For any orders shipping internationally we ask that you contact us directly before placing your order so we can provide an estimated shipping cost. All international orders are shipped with Australia Post and the value of the parcel is declared as required by Australian law. The recipient may incur duties and taxes which are imposed by the local government in the destination country. The recipient will be contacted by Australia Post if this is the case after the goods have been received. These costs are outside of Sunshine Barossa's control and are not included in the purchase price. The duties for every country are different and can change on a regular basis.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS:
It is very important for us at Sunshine Barossa that we provide you with the best service and get your order to you as quick as we can. We dispatch all orders within 3 -5 business days. Tuesdays and Thursdays only. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame, Sunshine Barossa will advise at time of purchase.
The above time frames are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Sunshine Barossa will do as best we can to meet the indicated delivery times but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases, it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange alternate delivery.
When you place an order for shipment within Australia with Sunshine Barossa you will be sent an Order Confirmation Number along with an Australia Post tracking number for you to track once your order has been dispatched.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of an unused item within 14 days of your date of purchase. In this instance please contact us as soon as possible to arrange return. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
PLEASE NOTE Shipping fees are not refundable. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping for refunds, and, in the case of an exchange, the cost of shipping the new item to you. The cost of shipping for exchanges (plus or minus any difference in the product prices) will be deducted or credited from your credit card or requested from your PayPal account. We do not cover shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Return postage must be paid for by the returnee.
Once a return for refund has been received the transaction will be processed and will be refunded to your Credit Card or PayPal account within 3 business days of the item being received by Sunshine Barossa.
Upon receipt of your return we will replace it with the same style and colour that you originally ordered if it is available.
Our customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of return items. If the item does not reach us safely we will be unable to complete the refund or exchange, so we suggest sending it via registered post.
